Business Systems Analyst - Level 3

Communications Specialist - Level 3

       A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience:


  • In a Change Communication role for projects of significant complexity. Scoring will be based on the breadth and depth of experience.
  • Creating and executing effective marketing and/or change management methodologies/strategies.
  • Developing promotional materials to spread brand awareness in support of changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative.
  • Analyzing change impacts to an organization’s business processes and technology solutions and using this information effectively.
  • Engaging various stakeholders in the development of communication content.
  • Working in complex, multi-year, projects with dynamic stakeholder groups including how and what methodologies and tools were used to communicate change.
  • Involving adaptability and flexibility in changing environments, including ability to adjust style and approach to meet the needs of the client or organization.

       A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience:


  • Using M365 suite.

         A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience:


  • With projects and operations work related to public safety. Describe the function, scope, and size of the referenced experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the 9-1-1 and Emergency Services domains in a Canadian context.

Release Train Engineer

  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using various tools, such as the Program Kanban and other information radiators

Project Manager - Level 3

  • Formulates statements of management, scientific and business problems, establishes procedures for the development and implementation of significant, new or modified computer systems to solve these problems, and obtain approval thereof.
  • Defines and documents the objectives for the project, determines budgetary requirements, the composition, roles and responsibilities, and terms of reference for the project team.

  • Must have a demonstrated capability of managing a team of specialists, analysts and programmers.

Solution Architect - Level 3

  • Application release activities as assigned.
  • Completion of all assigned maintenance, support and development activities (service requests, releases, incidents, problems, etc.).
